Kelley JarrettKelley Jarrett has built her professional career around a combined passion for creating compelling marketing strategies and helping nonprofits achieve optimal mission impact. Prior to her current role as head of marketing for Nonprofit Solutions at Blackbaud, Kelley served in many service-oriented positions at Blackbaud as a solutions consultant, solutions engineer, and in customer success leadership, learning first hand of the challenges and opportunities nonprofits face, and helping to create solutions for success. Kelley enjoys balancing her home life, living near the beach in Charleston, SC as a wife and mother to 2 independent girls—with her passion for social good, both at Blackbaud and as a Board Director of Palmetto Goodwill.
ShangProfessor Jen Shang is the world’s first PhD in Philanthropy. She is also the world’s only philanthropic psychologist. Her research has been covered in the New York Times, BBC, The Guardian, the Chronicle of Philanthropy, Advancing Philanthropy and the Nonprofit Times. Jen has been published in numerous academic journals including, the Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, the Economic Journal, Experimental Economics, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, and Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
VanHussKatrina VanHuss has been developing successful fundraiser recognition programs for organizations like the American Lung Association, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Special Olympics, and the Alzheimer’s Association since 1989, when she founded Turnkey. Her client’s successes and her dedication to research have made her a sought-after speaker, presenting at national conferences for Blackbaud, Peer to Peer Professional Forum, Nonprofit Pro P2P and her clients’ national meetings, to name a few.
Julia CampbellJulia Campbell, MPA, is a global authority on nonprofit digital storytelling. The author of Storytelling in the Digital Age: A Guide for Nonprofits and How to Build and Mobilize a Social Media Community for Your Nonprofit in 90 Days, she trains nonprofits on how to use digital tools to tell compelling stories, engage active supporters, and raise millions.

Lynnette AdamsLynnette Adams (M.A. in Public Relations and Organizational Communication) is the director of development at the Community College of Aurora Foundation and Adjunct Faculty Instructor for the nonprofit Leadership Management Masters University of Denver. She has over ten years of experience in fundraising and donor relations with a focus around building strong donor relationships and events. Her experience includes fundraising workshops at Colorado Free University and board leadership on donor development and donor stewardship.
Shawn Wills, CFREShawn Wills, CFRE, currently serves as Vice President, Operations & Strategy for the Women’s Business Council - Southwest. In this position Shawn is responsible for driving the overall strategy for the organization, as well as representing the Council on a local, regional and national bases, which includes overseeing all major fundraising initiatives. Prior to this position, Shawn served as Senior VP - Development at Texas Women’s Foundation and as the chief development officer for CitySquare.
Lenita Dunlap, MPA, MALenita Dunlap, MPA, MA has more than 20 years of service working in educational and nonprofit organizations that uplift and empower young people and their families. She specializes in working teams through crisis and lifting their awareness among various stakeholders. As a Fundraising, Community Development and Mental Health expert, Lenita combines research, policy, and expertise to empower teams and motivate and rally partners.
Josephine EverlyJosephine Everly is chief development officer of Leadership Roundtable, facilitating philanthropic gifts and grants to advance the mission of the organization and its programs and initiatives. She is an educator, writer, researcher, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in fund development for community foundations and nonprofits.  Everly received her MA in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she is adjunct instructor.
Armando ZumayaArmando Zumaya is a nationally sought-after speaker, trainer, and lecturer on several niche subjects in fundraising (most notably, major-gifts prospecting and developing major-giving programs for small and medium-sized nonprofits and others). He is a veteran and currently serving as a development officer with 34 years of experience. Zumaya has had op-eds in The Chronicle of Philanthropy, The NonProfit Times, Grassroots Fundraising Journal, and, most recently, in Currents, the magazine of CASE.
Bernard RossBernard Ross is the director of a consultancy working worldwide for ethical organizations. He is the author of a number of books, including one on behavioral economics with Omar Mahmoud, head of knowledge at UNICEF. Bernard has created global strategies for the Red Cross, Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, and UNICEF. He’s raised money to refurbish the Eiffel Tower, to house the world’s largest dinosaur in Argentina, and to save the last 800 great apes.
Carmen MarshallCarmen C. Marshall is currently the Director of Consulting at Maryland Nonprofits.  She loves working to strengthen and elevate nonprofit organizations. Her expertise in the nonprofit sector incorporates a wealth of on-the-ground experience as an executive director and a consultant helping organizations with building capacity, strategic planning, board governance, fundraising, equity and inclusion, team building, leadership development and change management. She is an expert trainer, facilitator and keynote speaker.
Christi GreenChristi Green is the Executive Director of St. Francis Neighborhood Center (SFNC) in Reservoir Hill, Baltimore with over 20 years of director experience in the nonprofit sector.  SFNC is an independent nonprofit established in 1963, and lies just a few blocks from where the most destructive unrest occurred as a result of Freddie Gray’s death in 2015.  The mission of the small impactful organization is committed to ending generational poverty through holistic intervention programs with a focus on education.
Steve ZigerSteve Ziger, a founding partner of Ziger|Snead Architects, has extensive experience with planning, institutional, cultural, educational, religious, and historic renovation/reuse projects. Steve is responsible for maintaining design excellence for the firm’s projects. His life-long passion for design excellence, appreciation of art, and commitment to the community has inspired the studio and our clients for more than 35 years.  Steve currently serves on the boards of the Baltimore Design School, Parks and People Foundation, Baltimore Community Foundation, and The William G. Baker Fund. At BCF, he has chaired or co-chaired Strategic Planning, Development, Race Equity and Inclusion, and Trustee and Governance committees. He was also involved in the creation of the LGBTQ Fund at BCF.
Amy T. SetoAmy T. Seto is a partner and Endowments & Foundations relationship advisor at Brown Advisory and she serves as a resource to our client teams in leading a best-in-class service model for endowments and foundations clients. She joined the firm in January 2017 as the strategic operations director leading a team of 75 operational colleagues and oversaw the middle and back office functions, with an eye toward globalization, scale-ability and bolstering the firm's infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Amy was the executive vice president and chief operating officer at the Baltimore Community Foundation where she held various executive, operations and financial management roles during her 13 years of tenure.
Mary WarrenMary Warren is a skilled, customer-focused consultant with over 27 years of leadership experience in business and information technology process improvement in the federal government and private sector. As the Founder and Principal Consultant for Process Strong LLC, Mary is passionate about helping nonprofits succeed through process improvement.  She applies best practices and lessons learned from the private/for profit sector to nonprofit challenges and opportunities providing process-based solutions that are agile, practical and client specific.  Mary is committed to the nonprofit community in Baltimore City. She currently serves on the St. Francis Neighborhood Center Board of Directors, and volunteers her time to support community initiatives. She is an Associate Member of Maryland Nonprofits.
A.J. Steinberg, CFREA.J. Steinberg, CFRE, Professional Event Planner and Engagement Strategist has produced over 100 events and raised millions of dollars for nonprofits.  With her company Queen Bee Fundraising, she shares her 20+ years of experience, strategies, and insight with organizations through workshops, webinars and consulting.
